The mission of the American Kidney Fund is to fight kidney disease through direct financial support to patients in need; health education; and prevention efforts.

Ninety-six cents of every dollar we spend goes directly to programs and services for kidney patients. Thanks to the generosity of Americans who care about their friends and neighbors with kidney disease, in 2008 the American Kidney Fund was able to help more than 72,000 low-income kidney patients with expenses such as health insurance premiums, prescription medications, transportation to and from dialysis, and other treatment-related costs not covered by health insurance. The American Kidney Fund has been named a Gold Star Charity by Forbes Magazine and One of America’s Best Charities by Reader’s Digest.

Donation Agreement
I, the Donor of the above described property, do hereby state
that the property I desire to donate has no outstanding
maintenance fees, assessments, taxes, mortgage or any other
type of fee. I agree to pay all fees associated with this
donated property until it is transferred out of my name i.e.,
the newly recorded ownership documents have been received by
the resort. I agree that I will not use, bank or make a
reservation for the above described unit or points for
the "next year available for use" (as stated above) or for any
subsequent years. I also understand that once this form is
submitted, Donate For A Cause will begin a time consuming
and costly title search process on my property and that I
fully intend to perform any necessary duties to complete the
donation of the property. My duties include (but are not
limited to) faxing or sending ownership documents to the
closing company and notarizing newly drafted ownership
documents. I further state that I will not dispose of this
property during the donation process (a period of 120 days)
,i.e., I have not attempted nor will I attempt to donate this
property to any other organization, sell the property or in
any other way dispose of it during the donation process. If I
do dispose of the property during the donation process, I
agree to pay Donate For A Cause for the work that that was
completed.
