All properties will be sold by a sub-contractor Savvy Traveler, LLC. All properties are advertised through standard practices i.e., newspaper, internet and a network of timeshare brokers throughout the U.S. for a four week period. We do not set a minimum price which must be offered in order to sell the property. The timeshare is sold to the highest offer during that four week period. These terms must be accepted by the donor in order to donate their property.
